With a team of around thirty people, the company operates and offers duck-derived products. Everything is done in the Gers to guarantee the origin of the products. The ducks are IGP du Gers (Protected Geographical Indication), an official sign of quality.

CONSERVERIE SAINT CHRISTOPHE is a traditional cannery specializing in meat, poultry, game, fish, condiments and salicornia. It was founded in 1990 by Mr Eric VAN OOST, the current manager, and Mrs Christine APTHORP.
